Orders can be placed at any time, however, please note that any orders placed after the 2nd of December may be subject to delays due to stock orders during the busy Christmas and New Year Holidays.

Parents are welcome to purchase the items at any time by visiting our store at Nextra Wynnum Plaza, Open 7 days; however, store pricing may differ to the booklist pricing.

Delivery:

School packs will be delivered within the local areas of Wynnum, Manly, Tingalpa, and Lota for a nominal fee of $10.00. All packs marked for delivery must be prepaid. For orders without specified delivery instructions, packages will be left at the front door. If you prefer an alternative delivery address (e.g., work or a neighbor's), please inform us, limited to the Wynnum, Manly, Tingalpa, and Lota areas. In cases where the delivery driver deems your order to be insecure, you will be notified, and the order will be returned to the store for collection. Unfortunately, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Changes / Returns / Cancellations / Queries:

Please Choose Carefully.

Changes: Changes cannot be made to your order once submitted either in store or online.

Returns: Product returns are not permitted unless an item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, a replacement product will be provided.

Cancellations: Cancellation of an order will only accepted if your child will no longer be attending the school however, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Checking Your Order(s): As soon as you receive your order(s), you have seven (7) days within which to report any damaged, missing or incorrect items.
